Congrats Its a bad luck you got lazy or careless Team. Also it may be learning curve for you.
Don't get upset by the old members here. Its that they think we don't give effort and simply post all our codes when stuck. There have been a few people that do it its all about newbie mistakes. As they come across more and more people do it they may get over their cool selves.
I also had experienced this type of things when I started my career and wanted to get things fast.
I don't even know how to do a certain thing and post it in hope someone will help but here I had few bad experience.

I should have mentioned this before but I did not think sufficiently of it.
It looks like you are willing to accept a load of responsibility that is upon you. Good. Be the "i" in every team that you are on. The weak minded cannot see that i in team because they are not it. It looks like you already know that you are it. OK, so, force yourself to succeed while (inadvertantly) dragging the complainers, whiners, and lazy forward to success. Let them fail on their own time. This is your time to succeed.
Yes, I complain and while myself.  Thank you for giving the chance to see that. I shall work on removing that from my own preferrendums.

I think that the commentators were unnecessarily rude. For a college student, it seems like quite a dilemma when you don't want to have bad grades but your teammates aren't as motivated as you. My take on this is that you're studying for yourself, not for a grade. In my 8+ year career, nobody cared about my college grades at all.

First boss lasted one whole week.
Second and Third bosses (dual reporting) were awesome for the next 9 months. First time a dual reporting relationship that actually worked and worked very well. Two great individuals who communicated both with each other and with me.
4th boss is a jerk. Oh well. So 4th boss wanted another layer of management between himself and his minions. Brings on an new manager between us. Without any interview process without any warning. New mid-level boss started today.
Like/Love the job and the co-workers and greatly believe in the product. BUTTTTTTTTT........
Feeling a little jerked around right now.
Advice thoughts?

What happened to bosses 1 through 3? If you're at a larger company, you might look for an internal transfer if boss 2 or 3 is still around and boss 5 doesn't work out. It sounds like boss 4 is going to become boss 5's problem, not yours. And that boss 4 or his boss is incompetent, because boss 4 was put in a position where he was supposed to manage your group but couldn't.

don't really want to grow(other than my own brain). I am at a smaller organization so growth would take me out of IT and that is not something I would even consider were it even possible. don't get me wrong I like new challenges. But I am made for Programming and solving tech issues. I am not made for other jobs.
5th boss is actually turning out to be ok. But worried that his bosses don't see him in that light. Trying to help with that(keep your bosses boss off your bosses back). The Company is facing some definite issues with the economy and other things related to that. So just trying to keep my head down.

I have worked at Amazon for two years. My boss Tom has been bullying me since the outbreak of the epidemic. Do Americans have the ability to think seriously about things? Do you really believe in some crooks? Even if I am Asian, I am still a loyal subordinate, which is really bad!

doesn't matter who you are! Period! if you do your job you should be rewarded at the very least with the assurance that you are doing your job. Your boss is an idiot. Sorry about that. But in this climate with the amount of decent jobs out there. I would be looking for a new job. You deserve to be treated with respect. No matter what.
PS I wish I was hiring. Loyalty should always be rewarded.

Harassment based on race is specifically illegal in the US.
"Asian" is specifically identified as a race.

Write down each incident in detail in documentation that you keep outside of work. Time, date, content of what was said. Any other relevant details.
You could record every conversation on your phone but you must FIRST check the laws in the state where you live since some states require that both parties be aware of the recording. The laws are criminal so you must check that first.

Well no one should be fired based on their ethnic background. Sounds like your manager is a real jerk and you should report him to HR or his manager.
At the end of the day that's the reason large companies like that have an HR dept in general. To make sure they are protected from liability issues and it sounds like that manager is a liability issue.

This is the most unethical thing to do and now when everyone says that we are united and we respect each other's culture and values then this is not at all acceptable. As far as an employee is considered then if they are loyal and sincere towards their work they should be given equal respect and appreciation.

Most asians people that I know are hard working and are been appreciated by the boss and colleagues .Maybe that is not the issue. Amazon gained a lot of profit during the pandemic. Idk if the salary of your boss has increase or not tho...

This question was actually asked on a Quora and I wrote the following answer. I thought this would be a better place to put the answer so I am copying and pasting here.
Ahhh Lucy code. I worked on a team of three programmers once. It was almost a former lifetime. Two of us wrote fairly decent code. 1. Named Lucy did not. She used Goto statements. She named her variables name1, name2, name3, textbox1, textbox2 etc… It was horrible.
The manager loved her however. 1. She was a girl on the team so that helped the powers that be say we are diverse. (whatever. Bad work is bad work). and she could very quickly get a first draft into a persons hands to react to on screens and other things. She was very good at getting a project started. without thinking about the end goal.
Buttttttt and it is a huge one. She would have trouble finishing or modifing anything she worked on. And Brad and I would flat refuse to even look at her code. IF when we were forced too. We informed our manager that it would take a week of clean up before we were ready to even start on the actual changes for improvements. Also, she could not update her own code. She would spend days just trying to figure out what name77 did and what kind of variable it actually was.
It took a very long time. Like a year or more. But eventually the manager started seeing that Brad and I could update each others code easily. and that we could jump into any project either of us had done and keep going when the other was out. Lucy on the other hand could not even with her own code. Eventually we started pushing for code reviews infront of the manager and pointed out the variable naming and the spaghetti like structure of her code. And then we would ask the dreaded question. How long will it take for you to update this if the customer decides that the zip code should not be an integer and now should be alpha for overseas deliveries? How long will it take you to find the various textbox1’s on all the screens and actually know which one houses which database information fields?
about 2 months of that and Lucy got mad and quit our team.
PS Let me be very clear before anyone goes off on me picking on a woman. I have worked with a ton of wonderful lady programmers. They have been awesome. I have worked with some bass Akwards male programmers. Lucy just happens to be the worst of the worst for programmers that I have encountered,.

Personally, I believe that they should be hangèd (worse than normal hanging!) from the nearest lamppost pour encourager les autres. This, however, may get you talked about. 
If mentoring fails, one possibility, as you mention, are code reviews. Another would combine code reviews with a "style manual". If it becomes necessary to fire the offender, it is much better to do so for egregious and repeated violations of company rules than for something vague like failed code reviews.
